Lifeline is a U.S. Government benefit program that provides a discount on phone service for qualifying low-income consumers.
It helps ensure that eligible consumers have the opportunities and security that phone service brings, including being able to connect to jobs, family, and emergency services.
To participate in the program, applicants must be receiving eligible state or federal assistance or meet certain income requirements.
Applicants must present valid Proof of Eligibility and U.S. Government Issued ID when applying for Lifeline.
